Diego Álvarez

Diego Alvarez is the Managing Partner of D-BIR, a seasoned finance, operations, and administration expert with over a decade of experience across diverse industries. He specializes in managing businesses, excelling in government contracting, and leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making. With deep expertise in the intricacies of regulatory compliance in finance, HR, IT systems, and operations, Diego is a natural leader known for his exceptional multitasking abilities. He is a skilled decision-maker, particularly under pressure, and an adept team leader, excelling in motivating, coaching, and fostering collaborative environments over siloed operations.

Diego’s broad skill set includes expertise in contract negotiation, internal controls, budgeting, HR procedures, GAAP adherence, accounting software, KPI development, and data analytics. He has a proven track record in operational efficiency and bilingual communication (English and Spanish), enabling him to navigate complex international business environments.

Holding advanced degrees in management and project management, Diego has held pivotal roles in both public and private sectors. As Director of Finance and Operations in several organizations, he led all financial, HR, and IT operations, implementing data-driven strategies and updating organizational systems for improved efficiency and decision-making. In federal government contracting, Diego contributed to the design of asset management strategies and the development of administrative tools, increasing operational efficiencies through advanced data analytics platforms like MS Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Access.

Currently, as the Managing Partner at D-BIR, Diego continues to apply his diverse skill set, ensuring the company’s financial success while driving innovations in data analytics and operational efficiency, making him a cornerstone in the firm’s growth and success.

Christopher Abraham

Christopher Abraham is a highly skilled, passionate IT and data-driven professional with a proven track record of delivering solutions at scale and a partner at D-BIR, including enterprise business intelligence; Analytics, Forecasting, Resource Planning for various public sector entities including the Defense Health Agency (DHA), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Army Medical Command, Navy BUMED, and AFMSA. Known for hiring and inspiring high-performing, cross-functional, and diverse teams of project managers, senior and junior database administrators, and analysts.

Chris is exceptional at guiding teams through implementing product strategy to successfully deliver roadmaps, create products from concept through delivery and solve multifaceted real-world issues through root cause analysis. Chris has brought his immense knowledge to D-BIR to drive results and develop relationships with clients to understand the business requirements, develop and identify user experience, prioritize development tasks, and execute strategy. Chris holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Information Technology from the University of Maryland, University College.

Casey Murray

Casey Murray is a Partner at D-BIR (Dynamic Business Intelligence Resources), LLC. He is a
highly skilled professional with over two decades of experience in leadership and technical expertise. He has a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Rockford University, where he graduated Cum Laude in 2003. Casey has a strong background in strategic planning, operations data management,
and budget analysis. He is known for his exceptional project management skills and has successfully created and led business intelligence division policies, strategic planning, and execution for internal and external clients.

Casey has extensive experience managing a remote team of analysts, providing data quality assurance, and overseeing the creation of dynamic data visualizations. He is also known for hiring and inspiring high-performing, cross-functional, and diverse teams of program and product managers, technical writers, and engineers. Casey’s leadership acumen and technical skills include business intelligence and analytics, data governance, Waterfall and Agile SCRUM methodologies, enterprise architecture, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, MS Office, and JIRA. He has a proven track record in team building and development, vendor and customer management, business transformation, and product and program management.

Casey also has federal government contracting knowledge. Prior to joining D-BIR, LLC, he was the Director of Business Intelligence for an Architecture and Engineering firm, where he established and spearheaded the transformation of their global operations to a data-driven organization. Before that, he worked as a Senior Data Scientist and a Senior Management Analyst for large state government agencies. Casey’s prior work experience includes serving as a Director of Admissions, a National Scholarship Program Administrator/Assistant Director, an Admissions Counselor and Marketing Intern for colleges and universities, and as a Sonar Technician for the U.S. Navy, Petty Officer 3 rd Class.
